Study On The Wear-Resistant Mechanism Of Concrete Based On Wear Theory

In order to prepare wear-resistant concrete to solve the common problem of concrete wear, the wear model with elastic modulus, splitting tensile strength and porosity as variables were established based on the wear theory and test data. Results showed the proportional coefficients of elastic modulus, porosity and splitting tensile strength are 8.56, 3.97 and -9.72, respectively for abrasive wear model, 6.97, 1.10, 4.27 and 2.32, 0.37, 1.42 for fatigue wear and adhesive wear. The results of preparing wear-resistant concrete showed that 5% polyacrylic ester + 5% silicon powder maximized the wear resistance. To prepare wear-resistant concrete, the hardness would be considered first, then improve the density and interfacial bond strength corresponding to abrasive wear and fatigue wear/adhesion wear, respectively.
