Effects of diet and exercise treatments on distribution and composition of Hdl subclasses in lactating women with overweight and obesity

Rationale: Childbearing decreases HDL cholesterol in the long term, potentially contributing to the increased risk of future cardiovascular disease in parous women. Our aim was to investigate the main effects of dietary and exercise treatments in lactating women with overweight and obesity on distribution and composition of HDL subclasses.
