Broadband Supercontinuum Generation On An Industrial Platform

摘要
A two-octave spanning supercontinuum generation in the O-band communication window on an integrated silicon nitride platform is reported. The nitrogen-rich silicon nitride waveguides were fabricated through low temperature processes on an industrial platform (<500 degrees C). Numerical results are in good agreement with experimental results.
