Abstract
A negative effect on survival of mutations in selected genes (namely K-Ras, N-Ras and B-Raf) and micro-satellite (MS) status in patients affected by peritoneal metastases (PM) of colorectal (CRC) origin has recently been reported. The aim of the study is to analyze survival outcomes according to mutational status of patients with CRC PM treated with cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) at our Institution.
