摘要
To meet the growing demand for an efficient optical interconnect from cryogenic environments to room-temperature data storage, we present a 6.8-mu m cryogenic oxide-VCSEL with a record 50 GHz small-signal bandwidth at cryogenic temperatures. The low operating current ensures high efficiency in data transmission.
