Laparoscopic Left Lateral Donor Hepatectomy For Pediatric Liver Transplantation: Worldwide Learning Curves And Safety Implications From Korea To Chile
LIVER TRANSPLANTATION(2021)
摘要
Laparoscopic hepatectomy for living donation in liver transplantation (LDLT) has raised concerns about donor safety, graft outcomes, and acquisition of the requisite surgical technical skills. In 1989, successful LDLT from a mother to her son with bile duct atresia was reported. The first laparoscopic left lateral section donation for LDLT occurred in 2001(1). Since then the laparoscopic technique has been developed in highly specialized centers (2).
