Abstract
为了评估电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定乳粉中钠的不确定度.建立了ICP-AES测定乳粉中钠的数学模型,并对不确定度的来源进行了分析和评估,获得了钠含量的测量不确定度.结果表明回收率、重复性和线性是测定不确定度的主要来源.乳粉中钠含量可表示为(465±40)mg/100 g(k=2).
