Abstract
为全面了解食用菌增产添加物的主要成分和应用效果,笔者综述日本、美国和荷兰针对其本土主要栽培食用菌所开发的多种增产添加物以及国内食用菌生产中试验验证的矿质元素和氨基酸类的增产添加物,提出了通过对矿质元素和氨基酸等进行适宜种类、浓度和比例的筛选,制成不同复合型食用菌增产添加物的必要性的建议.
