摘要

•Colorectal Cancer (CRC) is the fourth most common cause of cancer death that threatens global health.•miRNAs involved in metastasis, angiogenesis and apoptosis can be used as prognosis and diagnosis markers of CRC.•Our results showed that miR-196-a2 had no significant efficacy on the risk of CRC.
