摘要

•Eleven polymorphisms were identified in JY-1 in Holstein cattle.•Three of JY-1 SNPs, located in exon 3, correspond to novel polymorphisms.•Nine of 11 JY-1 SNPs had significant effect for in vitro embryo production traits.•None of 11 JY-1 SNPs were associated to in vivo embryo production.
