水热法提取金银花中绿原酸的工艺研究

Abstract
对金银花中绿原酸的水热法提取工艺进行了研究.在单因素试验的基础上,选取液料比、提取温度以及提取时间为自变量,绿原酸得率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面分析法,对该提取工艺进行了优化.结果表明,绿原酸水热法提取的最佳条件为液料比20:1(mL/g),提取温度120℃,提取时间20 min,在此条件下,绿原酸的得率为3.60 %与预测值3.69 %基本相符.
