Abstract
Important questions exist regarding the utility of immature oocytes that subsequently mature in-vitro for assisted reproduction. This study sought to examine outcomes of immature oocytes and the impact of female age, oocyte stage of meiosis at retrieval and timing of progression to metaphase II (MII), and percentage of mature oocytes in the cycle on fertilization, cleavage, and blastulation rates.
