Self-Healing Acceleration And Interface Optimization Of Steel Deck Pavement With Mgo And Sap
CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING MATERIALS(2021)
摘要
In this study, engineered cementitious composites (ECC), a typical high ductility cementitious composite (HDCC), was used for orthotropic steel deck surfacing using wet-bonding technology. Light-burned magnesia oxide (MgO) and superabsorbent polymer (SAP) were added to ECC to enhance its self-healing property and to improve the bonding quality of interface between ECC and steel deck. The effect of light-burned MgO and SAP on the self-healing property of ECC and bonding property of interface between ECC and steel deck was evaluated by permeability test, single shear test, and scanning electron micro-scopy (SEM). The test results show that the self-healing of ECC is accelerated by adding light-burned MgO and SAP. This also reduces the microdefects of interface and improves the bonding property of steel-ECC interface. Moreover, the ductility characteristics of ECC can be ensured. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd.
