摘要
To suppress the heat transfer deterioration (HTD) and improve the overall heat transfer of supercritical CO2 flowing in a vertical tube, the body-centered cubic lattice structure is installed in the tube. Different geometrical parameters, such as position, diameter, pitch and number of lattices, are also studied to observe the effect on the heat transfer performance. The results reveal that the temperature peak is decreased by 71.1 K and the highest growth rate of average Nu number is 170.3% in the tube with BCC lattice. This suggests that buoyancy effects are largely mitigated by the vortices-induced enhancement of turbulence intensity and energy transport. In addition, the Nu number increases with increased values of lattice diameter and number.
