Off-pump type 1 hybrid aortic arch repair: how far we've come

The management of aortic arch aneurysms continues to evolve. Variations in technique range from open arch replacements, to total endovascular grafting. A number of hybrid surgical and endovascular techniques for the management of aortic arch pathology have been described and are now included in contemporary guidelines. Given their novelty, there is a paucity of literature on the use and clinical results of these techniques. Here we present the case of an off-pump hybrid aortic arch repair, with accompanying intraoperative video.
