摘要

•A new type of a like-CORC conductor(Q-IS_CORC) is presented.•AC losses of Q-IS_CORC conductor was measured, calculated and analyzed.•3D accelerated T-A model was proposed.•The optimal pitch length is found to reduce AC losses.
