Abstract
The occurrence of cutaneous leukocytoclastic vasculitis (VLC) induced by with drug intake accounts for up to 30.9% of cases of cutaneous vasculitis. Antibiotics (62.3%), mainly β-lactams and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID,10%) are the most common drugs. The most common clinical features are palpable purpura (88.2-100%), arthralgia (51%), gastrointestinal manifestations (38.1%) and nephropathy (34.7% - which makes the prognosis). We report a series of 5 cases, for which the contraindicated drug(s) have been reintroduced.
