•A novel regression model for HCF testing data at multiple temperatures was proposed.•HCF tests for a nickel-based superalloy at elevated temperatures were conducted.•Overall HCF properties can be displayed as a 3D continuous S-N-T surface.•Accuracy of HCF strength estimation and life prediction by present model is good.
