Abstract
The researchers much attention about the lightweight composite material. Because of lightweight composite material shows a good property. Designed by several techniques. This composite material shows very good strength to stop a sniper bullet without using Kevlar. Basically, this material made in 4 different layers by using resins this material is made in this material first layer made with the help of titanium, glass fibre, aluminium 7075. In the second layer, the honeycomb structure is used to give the strength in a material. In this layer hollow spherical balls0 with an outer diameter 3 mm and inner diameter, 2 mm is used with acrylic to fill the gap in the honeycomb structure. The total thickness of this material is 5 mm with a weight of 50 to 60 g in 8*4 cm sheet. It is very light and less thickness. The aim of this paper to analysis of light velocity bullet proof composite material. The entire material is tested with a M107. 50 caliber which has a muzzle velocity of 2800 fps and a muzzle energy of 15582 J and maximum range of 6812 m and effective range is 1829 m.
