Rapeseed-mustard is the third most important source of vegetable oil in the world and is grown in more than 50 countries across the globe. Mustard oil contains high amount of mono-unsaturated fatty acids, a good ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids, relatively high level of oleic acid and the favorable balance between linolenic and linoleic acids.
