摘要

•A nanostructured electrodic platform containing MWCNT and 4-phenylbutyl-3,5-dinitrobenzoate (3,5-DNBPh) was developed.•The 4-phenylbutyl-3,5-dinitrobenzoate mediator was sensitive to changes in the NADH concentration.•The 4-Phenylbutyl terminal acts as an “Adsorptive tail” of the nitroaromatic compound.•A simple, useful, fast and sensitive tool for the determination of NADH has been developed.
