Abstract
Introduction: Patients with severe tricuspid regurgitation (TR) referred for transcatheter repair often have advanced disease and comorbidities. Although TR is typically assessed by echocardiography, dual-source computed tomography angiography (DSCT) has shown a growing potential for comprehensive anatomical and functional evaluation. The aim of our study was to describe the assessment of TR etiology, right-sided chamber remodeling and TR coaptation gap (CG) by DSCT.
