摘要

The surgical treatment of multiple and/or long segments of fibrostenosing jejunoileal Crohn's disease remains debated. Repeated intestinal resections or massive resections are the standard surgical option. However, since 1996, Michelassi has described a novel strictureplasty in such setting, with promising short and long-term results. We present here the technical notes of a side-to-side isoperistaltic strictureplasty over the ileocaecal valve through a surgical video.
