Abstract
The achievements of polycondensation in supercritical carbon dioxide over the past 20 years are considered. The contribution of the A. N. Nesmeyanov Institute of Organoelement Compounds (Russian Academy of Sciences) to polycondensation in supercritical media was shown using the synthesis of polyimides, polyimidosiloxanes, polyarylates, polyphenylfluorenes, ferrocene-containing polyphenylenes, polyphenylquinoxalines, and polynaphthoylenbenzimidazoles.
