Robust Threshold Signature Scheme with Multiple Participating Organizations

Integrated the idea of secret sharing scheme and digital signature technology, a threshold signature scheme with multi-organizes is proposed. This scheme uses the method of multiple secret split, it's security is based on the large number resolution and discrete logarithm, and the analytical results show that the scheme is effective security and simple in entirety.
