Abstract
Oilfield development programming is a complicated system engineering with multiple-discipline and multiple-technology. There are many technical indexes, economic indexes and social indexes in oilfield development programming, which are both contradictory and interdependent. Based on analysis of characteristic of indexes on oilfield development and characteristic on oilfield development programming, Evaluation system on indexes is established objectively and comprehensively through employing the method on fuzzy clustering analysis. Weight values of indexes are determined by adopting the combination method with AHP and expert's experience. According to the method on TOPSIS, comprehensive evaluation and optimization is applied on development programming projects. Finally, sorting result of projects is gained, which may provide scientific basis for oilfield development programming and decision-making.
