INTERPRETATION OF TRADITIONS IN TOURISM

The aim of this paper is to document on a concrete example the need of traditions interpretation tourism as part of the cultural heritage and their sustainability in the supply. The authors present methodological approaches to express sustainability impacts of this product. Sustainability is documented on a specific example of traditions in the tourism product in the Malocarpate region of Slovakia - the case study "Cake and coffee by the natives". The results of our paper confirm the specific significance of this product.
