摘要
Herein, we report a simple solution process to dope copper oxide (CuO) quantum dots (QDs) with p-type Lithium (Li) dopant that displays both a high electrical and optical property when doped. Specifically, Li-doped CuO QDs were prepared with varying Li-dopant concentration of 0.5 to 1.5 at%. Further, as-synthesized Li-doped CuO QDs were formulated as an ink for the deposition of nanofilms on the substrate by low cost spin-coating process. Structural, optical and electrical properties of Li-doped CuO QDs nanofilms were investigated as a function of dopant concentration. Photoluminance measurements showed an increase of visible emission in defect level when introducing Li into CuO QDs, resulting in change of electrical conductivity, charge carriers and mobility of the nanofilms.
