Abstract
This paper presents an investigation of cracking moment of composite flexural beams made from normal strength and ultra-high performance concrete. Experimental program was carried out in order to determine the influence of partial use of UHPC (ultra-high performance concrete) on the cracking moment of flexural composite beams. In total, 12 reinforced concrete beams were cast and tested. Parallel, compressive strength, flexural strength and secant modulus of elasticity of concrete were determined. Layer method was used to calculate the cracking moment of flexural beams. Experimental and calculated results were compared in the analysis.
