Name Matching Evaluation Framework

We present an evaluation methodology created as part of designing. developing, and tuning a name matching system. The methodology is particularly suited to improving performance of a single system being des eloped. in addition to comparison of multiple systems. We address a number of issues encountered in the process such as the need for quick automatic regression testing, incomplete gold standard data and scalability AM implementation of the proposed methodology is released and available upon request.
