Enlightenment of "Sandwich" Model of Horticultural Talent Cultivation on the Basis of Professional Practice of Production-Study-Research Cooperation

Sandwich model of horticultural talent cultivation begun from 2009 in Yangtze University, in order to improve the student's practical ability, well adapt society, and culture research training for the students. Meanwhile, professional practice of production-study-research cooperation is conducted for 0.5 years and also is critical for "Sandwich" model of horticultural talent cultivation. This paper analyzed the results of the practice survey, simply clarified the advantages and disadvantages of the practice, and gives the suggesting involved in "Sandwich" model of horticultural talent cultivation in the future.
