There isn't any pharmacopeic method to assay this drug in capsules. It was proposed and validated a method for determining the content of medroxyprogesterone acetate in capsules by HPLC methodology. The method was validated for specificity, linearity, precision, accuracy and robustness. The security of data was guaranteed by a varied statistical analysis with the aid of a statistics approach.
