Abstract
In the analysis of the unloader used in the Bolt-Shotcrete support, especially the application status of the screw unloader, in order to prevent the conveying feed material blocking, an unloading tramcar based on pipeline screw type was proposed. The pipeline screw structure uses an external delivery tube as a rotor and the spiral internal as a stator. Through the simulation analysis results of the particle motion state, the feasibility and effectiveness of the pipeline screw vertical conveying have proved. Through the simulation analysis of the trajectory of the single particle in the conveying circular tube, it has shown that the feed material particles are spiraling along the screw blade driven by the feeder. Through the distribution of the axial velocity variation of the feed material particles in the conveying circular tube, it shows that the axial conveying speed does not change along the radial direction of the screw axis, and the stability of the tube spiral conveying is better.
