摘要

•Catheter ablation of cryoenergy was performed in patients with septal accessory pathways.•Ice-mapping was useful to identify optimal sites for successful ablation.•No long-lasting adverse events were provoked in the present study.•Cryofreezing energy can be regarded as an alternative method to radiofrequency energy.
