摘要
The imidazole-derivatives of synthetic oil acids and polyethylene polyamine have been synthesized. There have been made the complexes of imidazole-derivatives and hydrochloric acid at various ratios (1: 1; 1: 2), it has been studied their solubility in water, in isopropyl alcohol and in mixture water-isopropyl alcohol (50 % solution). The basic physical-chemical properties of the complexes have been studied and their influence on kinetics of the corrosion process of steel samples in 1% solution of NaCl at 50 degrees C. has been investigated. The inhibiting action of these complexes was studied on the steel samples C1018 during change of their concentration from 50 to 100 ppm. It has been shown that at concentration of 20 % solutions of the complexes 50 ppm an efficiency of protection is 98.5 %, but with increase of the reagent concentration in two times a degree of protection is slightly changed -98.8 %. In the presence of the studied complexes it is observed a considerable decrease of corrosion rate and an inhibition of corrosion process take place by means of chemical adsorption of molecules on steel surface.
