New Combinations of Some Basic Drugs with Dodecaphosphowolframic Acid II. Spectrometric, titrimetric and gravimetric methods for clemastine and timolol determination

Based on the reaction of clemastine and timolol with phosphowolframic acid are formed combinations by ionic association, hardly soluble in water. Confirmation of the structure of the complexes formed and their setting conditions for processing were performed in previous work. The data obtained were used in the development of new chemical methods gravimetric and titrimetric and physicochemical methods, UV spectrophotometrics, for the assay of two studied drugs. The methods we have established are accurate and reproducible.
