Abstract
采用微通道反萃取模型装置,以负载稀土铒离子的P507-煤油溶液为研究对象,系统考察了微通道反应器尺寸、盐酸浓度、进料流速和有机相中铒离子预负载量等因素对反萃取的影响.结果 表明,当微通道直径为0.6 mm,长度为200 cm,停留时间为8.48 s时,有机相中稀土Er3+的反萃率可达88.41%;盐酸浓度为6 mol/L时反萃率最高.与传统萃取方式相比,微通道反萃取具有较高的反萃取效率,总传质系数为传统萃取方式的8~10倍.
