Abstract
With the deepening of enterprise management innovation, enterprises have made rapid development, and it is urgent to reform the performance evaluation system. By introducing balanced scorecard, the paper constructs the performance evaluation system of enterprise management innovation composed by four aspects of financial sustainability stakeholders, internal processes, learning and growth. FAHP is used to determine the index weight, and LNS Corporation is used by the system for the empirical analysis, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system and provides suggestions for the development of enterprise management.
