Percutaneous pulmonary artery debanding

•Palliative or total debanding was performed using balloon and/or stenting.•In palliative debanding, the balloon diameter was 35–50% to the band circumference.•In total debanding, the balloon diameter was >50% to the band circumference.•The balloon diameter should be less than 1.5 times to the reference vessel diameter.•Transcatheter palliative or total debanding is generally feasible and effective.
