Modified NHL-BFM-90 protocol for therapy of primary multiple diffuse large B-cell lymphosarcoma of bone with gastric involvement

Modified NHL-BFM-90 protocol for therapy of primary multiple diffuse large B-cell lymphosarcoma of bone with gastric involvement. Morozova A. K., Zvonkov E. E., Kravchenko S. K., Lukina A. I. Hematology Research Center, Moscow. No standards of effective therapy for diffuse large B-cell lymphosarcoma of bone with multiple unfavorable prognostic factors have been developed. Modified NHL-BFM-90 protocol has been used for the treatment of a patient with primary multiple diffuse large B-cell lymphosarcoma of bone with gastric involvement. Surgical resection led to rapid progress of the tumor. Despite numerous unfavorable prognostic factors, high-dose NHL-BFM-90 therapy was effective. The patient in complete clinical hematological remission has been observed during 5 months.
