Abstract
Intestinal diffuse large B-cell lymphosarcoma is responsible for 80% of all primary extranodal lymph tumors of the intestine. The classical therapeutic strategy is surgical removal of the tumor followed by chemotherapy by the CHOP protocol. The treatment efficiency little depends on the surgical operation and is largely determined by unfavorable prognostic factors and intensity of chemotherapy. Two clinical cases with effective use of modified NHL-BFM-90 protocol for extranodal lymphosarcomas are described.
