Abstract
The technology of mining the coal above confined groundwater safely has been one of the difficult scientific problems for mining engineering to face. Due to the influence of high confined groundwater of Cambrian limestone, inrush accidents happened for many times during the mining period of ii 1 coal seam of 1st Mine in Pingyv of Henan Province. According to this problem, the disaster-causing mechanism to inrush of floor confined groundwater is analyzed The inrush accident of coal mine is caused by fracture of floor heave which result from the interaction of mining pressure of floor stratum and floor karst confined groundwater. DC electric 3-level prospecting technology is. adopted on site to measure the face actually. The possible inrush hazard area on the face is identified. According to above research results, transformation depth of floor grouting, transformation scope of the face and layout parameters of drilling holes are determined. The specifications of the drilling field and the sizes of drilling holes are designed and the construction technology for grouting reinforcement to floor is suggested Such technology has been applied to 14041 coal mining face of 1st Mine of Pingyv in Henan Province successfully and provides beneficial reference to develop coal resources with the similar engineering geological conditions.
