摘要
Standard technologies of non metal materials brazing and metallization stipulates heating in vacuum to temperatures higher than 600 degrees C. It is unacceptable for fabrication of electrotechnical devices with BaTiO(3)-ceramic as in such conditions barium titanate loses the oxygen it makes worse its electro-physical properties. So methods of BaTiO(3)-ceramic metallization and brazing by infiltration of indium through titanium just obtained by titanium hydride preliminary annealing in vacuum at 700 degrees C separately to barium titanate were tested. Infiltration of indium in titanium takes place at 450 degrees C. High enough quality soldered and metalized samples of BaTiO(3)-ceramic were obtained. Barium titanate stichiometry retained at that time.
