摘要
The paper presents some investigations of coated samples, by SEM, EDAX and XRD analyses. For the research have been considered the Arboform L, V3, Arboblend V2 and Arbofill Fichte as base materials used for ceramic particle coating process. The samples were obtained by injection moulding technology and for the coatings processes were used the atmospheric plasma spray method and SPRAYWIZARD 9MCE facility. Three intermediate layers of Ni78W14Mn6Al2, Ni55W26Cr13F6, W49Ni44Cr6Mn1 and a final ceramic layer of aluminium oxide (Al2O3) were deposited. The final layer may have the role of increasing the mechanical properties of wear, hardness and increase of thermal resistance. A disadvantage may be the increasing of samples fragility and reducing their biodegradability. The obtained results after this research, recommend these coated materials to be used in harsh operating conditions such as the automotive industry.
