Interface interaction and compatibility molecular dynamics verification of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extracts/PBS dyeing and antibacterial composites
MATERIALS RESEARCH EXPRESS(2019)
摘要
Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extracts (SBGE) have the dyeing and antibacterial component and could provide poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) functionality. Isopropyl tri (dioctylpyrophosphate) titanate (NDZ-201) was used to improve the compatibility of the two-phases by utilizing Ti-O-Cbonds to obtain SBGE+N/PBS bifunctional composites. The results indicated that the mixing energy (E-mix) and Huggins parameters (chi) of the SBGE+N/PBS composites were close to 0, and the cohesive energy density and solubility parameter (delta) were larger than those associated with SBGE/PBS composites. When the NDZ-201 reached 2.0%, the thermal performance of the composite exceeded that of PBS, and the mechanical properties reached theirmaximum value. With an increase in the amount of NDZ-201, the degradation and antibacterial rate increased.
