Abstract
Two emerging technologies to mitigate corrosion in existing reinforced concrete structures were demonstrated at military installations in highly corrosive environments. The first was a penetrating corrosion inhibitor system and the second was a galvanic liquid coating. Part I of this article (published in December 2010 MP) described the inhibitor systems and the structures involved. This article covers the inhibitor application and results.
