Field Structure and Losses of an Unstable Resonator of a Slab Gas Laser

The analysis of the field structure and losses for a planar resonator of a gas laser formed by one. convex cylindrical and one plane reflector is presented. Field structure and losses are analyzed as functions of the convex mirror aperture and curvature, and also as a function of the plane mirror misalignment angle.
