摘要
A complex of ferrocene functionalized graphene oxide (Fc/GO) was prepared through Friedel. Crafts acylation method and characterized by tunable electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The Fc/GO complex was immobilized on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) with Nafion, and electrochemically reduced by potentiostatic reduction method to get Fc/ ERGO/GCE. The results showed that the obtained Fc/ERGO/GCE had good catalytic performance for the oxidation. reduction of dopamine (DA). A pair of peaks near 0. 2 V in the cyclic voltammogram attributed to DA was observed. The differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) peak current was proportional to the concentration of DA in the range from 0. 4 mu mol/L to 300 mu mol/L (R-2 = 0. 9998), with a limit of detection of 0.08 mu mol/L. The recoveries of DA in the spiked human urine samples were 92. 5% -105. 0% with relative standard derivations (RSDs) of less than 5% (n = 5), which indicated that the fabricated Fc/ERGO/GCE was suitable for the determination of dopamine in real samples.
