Self-Standing Hybrid Film of SnO2 Nanotubes and MXene as A High-Performance Anode Material for Thin Film Lithium-Ion Batteries

A self-standing hybrid film was fabricated, which consists of SnO2 nanotubes sandwiched by MXene nanosheets through alternate vacuum filtration. As an anode for lithium ion batteries (LIBs), the self-standing hybrid film delivers a reversible capacity of 663mAhg(-1) after 100 cycles at 100mAg(-1) and exhibits excellent rate capability with a reversible capacity of 327mAhg(-1) at 5Ag(-1). The superior cycle stability and rate performance are achieved through the synergetic effect between SnO2 nanotubes and MXene nanosheets, which provides a reference for the development of flexible batteries.
