TEA CO2-laser with pulse repetition rate above 3 kHz - art. no. 693808

摘要
The parameters of pulse-periodical TEA CO2 laser with plate-like electrodes and inductive-capacitive discharge stabilization are investigated. Maximum energy of a laser radiation was 15.9 mJ with maximum of lasing efficiency similar to 1.7 % for a gas mixture: CO2 : N-2: He = 1 : 1: 3. The pulse repetition rate above 3 kHz at a gas flow velocity in the discharge gap of <= 19 m s(-1) is achieved.
